Encompassed by Tahoe & Toiyabe National Forests, this Alpine Valley rolls across 10,000 acres at approximately 5,500 feet with towering mountainous peaks on three of its sides rising above 8,000 feet. A meadow with creeks, fauna and flora lines the Valley floor. The private and secluded Camp sits at the edge of the meadow and offers multiple sites for vista viewing, camping, fire pits, and potential build sites set along two seasonal creeks. AVC is a short distance to I-80 and both Reno and Truckee, as well as the greater Lake Tahoe region.
